Law

Your way of working.

Level 3 of 6. Your tone, your rules, your never-do list, written down so the AI does it your way.

Level 3 of 6 · your tone, your rules

A helper that does the task the generic way is useless. At this level we teach each helper your way of working: your tone, your rules, and the things it must never do.

These are your laws. They live in the brain, in plain language, and every helper follows them.

What a law looks like

Laws are short sentences a human can read and a helper can follow:

  • "Replies sound like us: warm, short, no exclamation marks."
  • "Never promise a delivery date without checking the calendar first."
  • "Refunds over 200 go to a human, always."
  • "Sign every customer email with the first name of a real person on the team."

If you can say it, we can write it as a law. If a helper breaks a law, that counts as a failed proof, and a human hears about it.

How laws get written

  1. You describe how you'd do the task, in your own words.
  2. We turn that into draft laws and test them against real examples.
  3. You read the drafts, cross out what sounds wrong, add what's missing.
  4. The laws go live, and the helper has to follow them to prove its work.

Changing a law

Businesses change their minds. Tell us in plain words ("stop offering the discount on Fridays") and we update the law, everywhere, the same day. You can also edit laws yourself. They're plain text in your brain.

Tip

The best laws come from real mistakes. When a helper does something you dislike, that dislike becomes a law, and it never happens twice.
