Choosing what AI does.
Level 2 of 6. We decide together which tasks go to AI and which stay with you. Nothing is handed over without your OK.
Level 2 of 6 · your call, task by task
Some tasks belong with people. Some belong with AI. Most businesses never decide this on purpose; it just happens tool by tool. At this level we decide it together, on purpose, one task at a time.
Nothing gets handed over without your OK.
How we choose
A task is a good candidate for a helper when it is:
- Repetitive. It happens the same way, often.
- Writable. The rules for doing it well can be written down.
- Checkable. You can tell at a glance whether it was done right.
A task stays with you when it needs judgment you can't write down, when it's rare enough that teaching it costs more than doing it, or when you simply want it human. "We want a person for this" is a complete answer, and we write it down as a law.
What this looks like
- Drafting answers to repeat customer questions, from your brain, in your tone.
- Chasing unpaid invoices with polite, scheduled nudges.
- Turning meeting notes into tasks and filing them where they belong.
- Watching inboxes and sorting what needs a human today.
Nothing is final
Selection is a dial, not a door. Tasks move to AI when they prove ready, and back to humans if you change your mind. Every handover is written into the brain, so the whole team always knows who does what: a person, a helper, or a helper with human approval.
