Every 1slash engagement starts the same way: we learn your organization. What you sell, how it runs, which tools you already use, or which ones you'll need. Then we start building your brain: your business, written in a way AI can actually understand.

What happens at this level

   We listen

   From your /1slash answers and your folder, we map the shape of your business: offers, customers, team, tools, and the work that repeats.

   We write it down

   The map becomes the first version of your brain, in plain language that humans and AI can both read. You review it and correct it like you'd correct a colleague's notes.

   We check it against reality

   We walk through a few real cases together: a customer question, a quote, a complaint. Wherever the brain is wrong or thin, we fix it before anything goes live.

What you hold at the end

• A working brain: your business, written down, readable by AI and humans.
• A short list of tasks that are good candidates for your first helpers.
• Nothing you can't open, read, or take with you. Your keys, your accounts.

Your side and our side
