The guarantee.
Fixed within 72 hours or that month is free. Brain working within one month or every cent back. In writing.
Two promises, in writing
A service you can't hold to anything is just software with a friendlier website. So we put two clocks on ourselves.
If a helper breaks and we don't fix it within 72 hours, that month is free for that helper. Not a credit, not a voucher. Free.
If we can't get your brain working within one month, you get every cent back. No exit interview, no fine print.
Why we can promise this
The guarantee isn't bravery, it's arithmetic. Every helper already has to prove its work, and every failed proof already pages a human. Breaks are visible to us before they're visible to you, so fixing them inside 72 hours is the normal case, not the heroic one.
Read how it works: Show done, never say done and Kept alive by humans.
What counts as broken
- The helper stops producing work it should produce.
- Its proofs fail repeatedly for the same reason.
- It ignores a law or exceeds its leash.
A helper doing something you simply dislike isn't broken; that's a missing law, and we fix those too, inside the same week. See Your way of working.
How to use it
Talk to a human. Email talk@1sla.sh or use the contact page, say what's wrong in plain words, and the clock is already running. You never need to file a ticket, quote a clause, or prove you're owed. The proof trail usually shows the problem before your email arrives.
